Use of a suppressor can change your ballistics over time as the suppressor becomes carbon fouled. Keeping track of the number of rounds since it has been cleaned is necessary. This log is a convenient way to accomplish this task.

Seriously, keeping track of the number of rounds and types of ammo used are a tremendous help for keeping suppressors working in tip top condition. They’re great.
