Haven't got these mounted up yet, but seem like they are of an appropriate size, and should be very easy to use.

Here's one of those things that makes life much easier and it's done for you right here in a kit. Sure you could mess around and probably make one up yourself, but for the price, it's not worth the hassle.
Simple idea, and everything needed is included, along with extra labels.
Well done!
Fill out your data, and if you want to make it more weather proof, put a piece of clear packaging tape over your label.
